Laminating

The lamination process or manufacture of complex film allows gluing different films through an adhesive, in our case solventless adhesives to ensure a product suitable for contact with food.

The structures of complex films, usually duplex (union of two films) or triplex (union of three films), even quadruplex (union of four films) aim at combining the properties of each film (welding capacity, barrier, ...) for a complex film adapted for each application.

IFLEX has two last generation laminators without solvents and with high productivity.
